This privacy policy explains how Industrial Software Solutions SIA processes personal data when you visit www.globalerp.pro or contact us through it.

2. What data we process

• Demo requests. Name, work email, phone (if given), company, role, your message, the page and its language, your IP address and the result of the anti-spam check. Requests are stored in our website administration and sent to our mailbox.
• Correspondence. Data you send us by email or give us by phone.
• Technical data. IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, recorded in server logs for the security and operation of the site.
• Cookies. See section 7.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• To answer your request and prepare a demo or offer – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the site secure and working and to keep business correspondence – our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Website analytics with Google Analytics 4 and, in the future, marketing cookies – only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

4. How long we keep data

• Demo requests and related correspondence: up to 24 months after the last contact if no contract is concluded; if a contract is concluded, for the periods required by law.
• Server logs: no longer than 12 months.
• Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which we ask again.

5. Who receives data

Our hosting and email service providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. To protect the demo form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.): when you open the form, your browser connects to Cloudflare, which checks technical signals such as your IP address and browser data; Turnstile does not set advertising cookies. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics to us as a processor; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to office@globalerp.pro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija), www.dvi.gov.lv, or with the supervisory authority in your country.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use only the cookies needed for the site to work. Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and are set only if you allow them.

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you allow analytics cookies, and it does not store IP addresses. We do not use marketing cookies at the moment; if we add them, they will be listed here and set only after your consent. You can change your choice at any time:
